Golf 4 Kids
We had a total of 48 golfers at our 10th annual golf event, recently renamed Golf 4 Kids, which goes to benefit youth camper scholarships.
The weather was gorgeous, and the golf scores (in the scramble format) were quite varied, ranging from 9 UNDER par to about 30 OVER par… but I won’t name any names! :-)
All told, after expenses, it appears that approximately $2,000 will benefit the camper scholarship fund.
All in all, a great day!
Our next golf event is scheduled for Monday, September 12 at Oak Forest Center, to benefit the development of Oak Forest Center.
Golfers will be able to stay at Oak Forest Center on Sunday evening, then golf at nearby Luck Golf Course.

IN ADDITION…
In my next blog, I will also give an update on our summer youth camps, as well as the exciting progress on the addition to Neale Lodge. The foundation is in the ground, and the walls will be going up soon! Praise the Lord!
