For 2022, Forest Springs' Hinderbinder ski race has huge hopes to be the best ever. We have done major work on our trails this year and have been blessed to now have Pisten Bully grooming. A change to our start and finish will make the race quite a bit more spectator-friendly, too.
We will offer a 12.5K and 25K skate and classic race for adults, a 4K freestyle race for middle schoolers, and a 7.5K freestyle race for high schoolers. For 2022, we will manage the start line by putting racers into self-seeding waves of 20 or less in each wave. Ideally, more competitive races would place themselves in the early wave(s)
The Hinderbinder has always welcomed same-day registrations, but for 2022, we want to suggest that you pre-register to help us with planning. We will close registrations when we reach 200 adult participants.
