Each camp can provide you with an opportunity to hit the "pause button" on life. Our mission-minded staff works to provide families of all ages with a safe, positive, no-pressure environment that allows you to focus on reconnecting, creating memories, and growing in God's Word. Summer family camps at Forest Springs are a much-needed retreat for hundreds of families around the country each year.
Dr. John Holmes graduated from Grace University in 1986 (B.A.), Dallas Theological Seminary in 1992 (Th.M.), and from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2002 (Ph.D.). While at Grace, he served in a number of administrative roles and taught Bible classes. He enjoys a ministry of teaching God’s Word and speaking on issues of biblical manhood, womanhood, and marriage. John serves as lead pastor of Grace Life Bible Church, Omaha, NE.
