Refresh, Forest Springs’ retreat for women, is many things to many people.
For some, it's an opportunity to unplug and relax, all while enjoying the stillness and beauty of God's creation. For others, it's a weekend filled with great conversations, laughter, and encouragement. Refresh is an opportunity to step away and dig deep into God's word. We hope you will join us for a weekend of dynamic and challenging Bible teaching, entertaining program options, and excellent meals.

Weekend Itinerary
Thursday, March 27 - Headstart Option*
- Registration from 4:00-7:00 p.m. (no evening meal)
Friday, March 28
- Headstart Option: Relax and unwind - Three meals provided
- Weekend Registration from 2:00-8:00 p.m.
- Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on your own
- Optional Supper 5:45-6:30 - $10.00
- Welcome session followed by activities
Saturday, March 29
- Day-only option registration - 8:00 a.m.
- Breakfast, morning session, & workshops
- Lunch, free time activities
- Supper, evening session
Sunday, March 30
- Coffee, morning session
- Brunch, retreat ends at noon
* Headstart option is $73/person in addition to weekend rates. This includes 3 meals on Friday.

Accommodation Options
Standard Cabin: Group unit with bunk beds, private bath. Towels/bedding not provided
Lodge Room: Group unit (sleeps five) with two twin beds, bunk bed, a trundle bed, and private bath. Towels/bedding provided. Minimum 3 per room.
