Current Openings
Business Manager
This position will oversee all of the business operations of Forest Springs, including acting as the manager for our multi-site ministry resources. This would entail overseeing finances, operations, information technology, and analysis. This person would work closely with our Executive Director and site directors, as well as our accountants and human resources staff.
Graphic Designer
This position involves joining a team of creatives - including designers, content creators, and visual artists. Responsibilities include designing graphics for in-house communications, social media, YouTube, print promotional pieces, and other platforms to support our events.
Director of Finances

Content Creator
This position joins a team of creatives - including other photographers, videographers, and designers - to create engaging digital content to promote the values of Forest Springs. Digital content creation experience preferred.
About Employment at Forest Springs
The core group of our long-term staff is referred to as missionary staff. We consider ourselves a "home mission" and require that our long-term, full-time staff raise their own financial support to be at Forest Springs.
However, we do not expect brand new staff to raise their own financial support when they first start at camp; instead, to help explore the possibility of whether or not camp is a “good fit” for them, we will offer a one-year salaried contract to a potential staff member, while we mutually evaluate the possibility of a long-term staff relationship.
Contract staff members commit to a one-year contract at Forest Springs, where they receive a salary, healthcare, on-site housing, and other benefits.
