The Food Service Director provides leadership and oversight for all kitchen and dining operations, helping create a welcoming and Christ-centered dining experience for guests, campers, and staff. This role manages food preparation, kitchen staff, menu planning, food safety, and daily operations while fostering teamwork, hospitality, and excellence in service.

Oak Forest Retreat and Conference Center is seeking a Christ-centered Site Director to provide spiritual, organizational, and operational leadership for its adult retreat ministry. This on-site missionary staff position will lead and develop staff, oversee finances, facilities, guest services, food service, housekeeping, and daily operations, and cultivate strong relationships with churches, retreat groups, donors, and ministry partners.
The ideal candidate will be a mature Christian leader with proven administrative and management experience, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing excellent, generous hospitality in an environment designed for rest, connection, and spiritual renewal.

Wood Lake Camp & Retreat Center is looking for a Children’s Ministry Specialist to help create meaningful, Christ-centered experiences for children and families. This role leads and develops camper programming, helps recruit and equip ministry staff and volunteers, and creates engaging activities that help kids grow in their relationship with Jesus.
We’re looking for someone who is energetic, creative, relational, and passionate about children’s ministry. The ideal candidate loves working with kids and teens, enjoys developing fun and meaningful programming, and has a heart for helping families experience the love of Christ in a welcoming camp environment.
